Red Lentils

Small, flat lentils with a mellow, spicy flavor. Great in soups and stews or base for veggie burgers. Not need for soaking, prepared in 15-20 minutes and easily gets mushy, which means they can work as thickener in dishes. Looks particularly inviting in the elegant container, which doubles as smart and stackable storage. Part of a line of various pulses, bulgur, couscous and quinoa.
