A unique biscuit where the sweetness is intensified because we replaced part of the sugar with concentrated apple juice. Oh, and then we added dried apple pieces as pleasant little taste bombs in the bite. A wonderful booster snack when the crisis hit in the middle of the afternoon. Fantastic partner for coffee and tea. Part of Madame Butterfly’s series of organic and vegan biscuits.
