Butter Beans

A unique legume because of the almost buttery consistency when boiled. That’s exactly why USA and Great Britain have named them “butter beans”. Rest of the world know them as “lima beans”. Fantastic in stews or marinated in salads. Soak them for a day and then gently cook for about 45 minutes. Very presentable in the elegant container which also happens to be a smart and stackable storage. Part of a series of pulses, bulgur, couscous and quinoa.
