Saffron Cookies

Despite being one the world’s most expensive spices saffron is used a lot in Swedish food. Here we present you with an excellent example: Delicious and picante traditional Swedish cookies.  The Swedes have enjoyed “saffron skorper” for many years, and now they are here for you as well! The exotic saffron adds a fine and delicate hint of picante spiciness and gives the cookies a beautiful yellow color. To top it off they are also made without the problematic palm oil. Unique and dangerously addicting!

Ingredients

Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (shea, coconut, canola), water, raising agents (E450, E500), saffron, salt , natural aroma.
