When we say poppy seeds, we go all in! Here you get a crisp bread with intense wholegrain flavor from spelt, which also bring satisfying fibers for your tummy. Then we added a crunchy carpet of flavorful poppy seeds generously sprinkled with sunflower seeds. All in all, a very unique and flavor intense crisp bread.

57% wholegrain spelt flour*, 15% sunflower seeds*, 12% poppy seeds*, margarine* (palme fat* sunflower oil*, water, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin,  concentrated lemon juice*, salt), sea salt, yeast*, flax seeds*, 1% oats*, 1% millet*, shelled and cruched soy beans*, spelt flour *, barley malt flour*, acerola juice powder*.

Might contain traces of sesame, hazelnut, cashew and milk.
