Softkernebrød mix is an excellent replacement for ryebread. Aroma as well as flavor is very similar to the well-known Danish softkerne rugbrød. You get a yummy, moist and ryebread-like texture. Packed with sunflower seeds and flaxseeds, that not only provide extra bite but also bring in an extra rich flavor. All you need to do is add a bit of yeast and water.

23% sunflower seeds, 20% tapioca flour, 20% rice flour, 10% potato starch, 6% dried sourdough (rice flour, starter), 6% flaxseeds, 5% flaxseed flour, 4% pumpkin seeds, 3% sugar, iodized salt, stabilizers (E412, E415), maltodextrin, glucose syrup.
